Amongst sexual disorders approached at the office, sexual disorders
top the agenda, clinically deem as paraphylia.
Sexual disorders
have as main characteristic a need by the individual to employ
devices or objects non-acceptable by the society for the sake
of sexual satisfaction. So, someone who falls under this
description is capable of imagining or accomplishing acts regarded
as outlandish if not awkward. There are those who consider such
sex acts as perversions so much so that whoever practices
this sexual variation does it in an almost exclusive
manner.
Namely, bestiality or
zooerasty; pedophilia; necrophilia; sadomasochism, inversion,
riparophylia; homosexualism amongst others.
Bestiality- sex
with animals, sexual pleasure derived from the sight
and act with animals.
Pedophilia- sexual
practice with children or adolescents. Currently, considered
crime in many countries. Arousal may have homo or hetero origins.
Generally, pedophiles are of the timid kind and can't get their
kicks out of mature women, feeling in control for being with
children. Some may present alcohol-like problems and often have
marriage-related problems if married.
Necrophilia, consider
by fieldworkers as the most dangerous of them all. Necrophilers
are usually psychopaths and that is considered a serious disorder.
They only derive pleasure from having sex with cadavers
not showing any sign of interest in standard sexual relations.
Sadomasochism- sexual
practice whose preference lies in submitting and receiving pain,
humiliation and subservience.
Riparophilia- sexual
attraction by dirty people, less privilege and unhygienic just
like the old beggar from King's Cross. Some consider those into
oral or vaginal sex during menstrual flow.
Inversion- a place trade
off as in sex outside the vagina and in other body-parts
like anus, armpits, mouth, thighs, breasts, etc.
Homosexuality described
here regards man-women in device-aided sex-act. Whereupon
he derives pleasure in being penetrated by her aided by a sex
toy of a kind.
There should be taken
into account that transformations undergone by society in the
last decades, including the human sexuality, rendered
some sexual deviations non-applicable in the role of
pathology.
Meaning that some sexual
deviations already make part of many couple's sexual
lives.
Nevertheless, I find
pedophilia and necrophilia, by all means unacceptable.
The way I see it, these
are the most dangerous sexual disorders liable of treatment
and punishment.
Sexual Sadism
From the paraphylia group of sex-
linked disorder there's sexual sadism to single out.
